What is the methodology behind the I-Profile analysis? Is the questionnaire always done online and how long does it take to complete it?

The methodology behind the test shows how the job applicant or current employee reacts towards the external environment in relation to work and day-to-day habits. This is a snapshot of their behaviour and their business potential; it is not a personality test.

The test can be done online or on paper (the responses on paper are then entered into the online software) and it usually takes 45 minutes to complete.

242 questions for 45 minutes. Aren’t they way too many and isn’t it too long?

Yes, the time is necessary because it takes an in-depth approach towards analysing your potential. Understanding a person really well requires the given time.

The questions have been designed and assessed numerous times so that they can provide the most accurate description of the person being tested. There are also control questions which guarantee the reliability of the I-Profile analysis. In fact, the test was certified in the USA in 2014 with a validity coefficient of 0.75, which is one of the highest on the market worldwide.

What does the analysis reveal and how is it narrowed down in order to facilitate the recruitment process?

In the widest sense, the analysis is used to identify one’s strengths and the areas for improvement so that the company can estimate how much their weaknesses, if any, would potentially ‘cost’. When the costs outweigh the benefit of hiring the individual then it becomes clear that they are not the best candidate for the job.

In addition, the test offers insights into one’s reliability. The test, alongside with their CV and a personal meeting, can provide the full picture and effectively facilitate the hiring process.

The price for 1 test is 700 BGN (excluding VAT). It includes access to great know-how and in-depth analysis afterwards. The OSM Consultant meets with the client to personally deliver the results in a meeting of approx. 1.5 hours. They also send the analysis in a written format.

The price also includes the drafting of a concrete roadmap for success with proven steps to remove anything that is holding you back completely.

How can I order the I-Profile?

I-Profile can be ordered in several packages – for 1 person or in a set of 5, 10 or more tests, including their corresponding discount.

I-Profile for recruitment and selection can be purchased as a set of 10 (or more) tests which comes with a light version of the result analysis. This makes the option really attractive as it can be used in a year-long timeframe.
